The 5K starts and finishes at Agia Lavra Square and runs five laps on a closed circuit through Aigio centre. Arrive early to allow time for any check-in, warm-up, and the pre-race briefing. The start may be a mass start or organized in waves; follow instructions from announcers and marshals. At the finish, you return to Agia Lavra Square.
A headlamp is not required because the course is in the city centre and likely street-lit. However, reflective gear, bright colors, or a small clip-on light are recommended so you are visible to other runners, walkers, and marshals. If you are unsure about lighting on any section, a lightweight handheld light can help.
