The Nature Run is for preschool children and lower elementary school children running with a parent or guardian. Every team must include at least one adult of high school age or above and at least one child in grade three or below. There is no timing in this division.
The Parent and Child divisions and the Bond Division are entered as teams of two to four people. The Challenge Division and the Spirit Division are individual entries.
All members run together from the start to the finish and are timed with a single chip. It is not a relay, so the team finishes together.
