The 14th Ladies Run is a 5 km women-only road race that starts and finishes at Astir Beach on Apollonos 40 in Vouliagmeni, on the Athenian Riviera. It welcomes women of every age and fitness level, and the day is built around the joy of taking part, wellbeing and giving back, with 5 euros from every entry going to DESMOS to support vulnerable groups of women, a donation that triples when the entry is paid with a National Bank of Greece card. After the finish, the deck at Astir Beach hosts the awards and celebrations, with race ambassador brands on site: HOKA running shoe try-on activations, a warm-up with the Allwyn group, protein drinks and puddings from Arla Protein, water stations along the route, medical cover from YGEIA and insurance for runners and volunteers from ERGO. Every finisher receives an exclusive QINETIKO event T-shirt and a medal crafted by VALAES, inspired by the kotinos of the ancient Olympic Games, while resident DJ Maria Papidaki keeps the party going past the finish line.

It is a women-only 5 km race open to women of every age and fitness level, from first-time runners to experienced racers.
Five euros from every entry is donated through DESMOS to support vulnerable groups of women. When the entry is paid with a National Bank of Greece card, the donation to DESMOS is tripled.
Runners receive an exclusive event T-shirt designed by QINETIKO, a finisher medal by VALAES, water and refreshments on the course and at the finish, protein drinks and puddings from Arla Protein, medical cover from YGEIA and insurance from ERGO, plus access to the post-race beach celebration.
